Europe’s largest geoenergy company Rototec (Rototec Holding AB) has acquired Fürst VVS- & Energiteknik AB, a civil engineering company in Sweden. Fürst VVS- & Energiteknik AB has been offering consulting services in HVAC and energy technology for over 30 years to property owners. Fürst VVS- & Energiteknik AB will be Rototec Group’s subsidiary and will continue operating under its own brand. Fürst VVS- & Energiteknik AB will be part of Rototec Group’s Heating and Cooling Consulting unit.
The company provides consultation and project management, conducts energy surveys (air conditioning and indoor air quality) and energy assessments. They serve mainly public sector but also some private companies in the Greater Stockholm area.
