Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Personal data means information that is directly or indirectly identifiable to you as an individual. By processing personal data we mean all measures that we at Rototec or a third party take with personal data, such as collection, registration and storage. Personal data may only be processed for specific and explicit purposes. They may not be used for any other purpose thereafter.

The personal data we collect from you consists partly of customer information that you yourself submit to us, and partly of automatically collected user data. Personal data that you provide to us yourself is information such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and information about the services you have purchased which you specify when entering into an agreement with us, or when being in contact with us. Rototec processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to administer enquiries from you and any agreements with you, as well as to provide information and services connected with such requests and agreements. Inquiries can, for example, be expressions of interest for our services or downloads of our brochures.

Personal data that we automatically collect consists of IP numbers that are stored in external tools in order for our digital marketing channels to give the visitors a correct and good experience.

If you have any questions about this information or if you wish to exercise any of your rights described below, you can contact us via the contact details under “Contact Information”.

Use of Personal Data
