When collecting and processing the personal data of our customers, employees, partners as well as other parties we cooperate with. Rototec and Rototec Group comply with current legislation regarding personal data, data protection and good data processing practices.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data means information that is directly or indirectly identifiable to you as an individual. By processing personal data we mean all measures that we at Rototec or a third party take with personal data, such as collection, registration and storage. Personal data may only be processed for specific and explicit purposes. They may not be used for any other purpose thereafter.
The personal data we collect from you consists partly of customer information that you yourself submit to us, and partly of automatically collected user data. Personal data that you provide to us yourself is information such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and information about the services you have purchased which you specify when entering into an agreement with us, or when being in contact with us. Rototec processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to administer enquiries from you and any agreements with you, as well as to provide information and services connected with such requests and agreements. Inquiries can, for example, be expressions of interest for our services or downloads of our brochures.
Personal data that we automatically collect consists of IP numbers that are stored in external tools in order for our digital marketing channels to give the visitors a correct and good experience.
If you have any questions about this information or if you wish to exercise any of your rights described below, you can contact us via the contact details under “Contact Information”.
Use of Personal Data
Your personal data may be used for direct marketing and for improving our services. The personal data is also used for statistical purposes to see how our web visitors use the website and to analyze their search behavior, as well as to show you customized content. However, such information is only processed in a form that cannot identify you as an individual.
Information that we may forward to third parties such as media agencies and technology providers is only used for the execution of agreed services, such as distribution of physical and digital direct marketing.
If you do not want your personal data to be used in direct marketing, please contact us through the contact details at the end of this policy.
