Rototec continues to expand by purchasing the assets of Höjdens Brunnsborrning AB in Sweden

Rototec, Europe’s largest geoenergy company, continues to grow according to its strategy in Scandinavia. Rototec’s latest acquisition is Höjdens Brunnsborrning AB in Sweden.

The agreement between Brainheart Energy Sweden and Rototec was signed on 27th September 2019 and comprises of purchasing all of Höjdens Brunnsborrning AB’s machinery. Höjdens Brunnsborrning has operated in the Stockholm and Gothenburg areas but also in the Värmland and Örebro areas.

”We have strong growth targets in our strategy, and we are growing according to our vision. We also see Sweden as a very important market for us and see that there is still possibility to grow through both acquisitions and organic growth in this market. With this purchase we are securing our capability and resources to offer more and larger projects to our customers”, says Mikko Ojanne, VP of Development of Rototec Group.

”We want to offer the best possible customer experience to our customers, and with our large equipment resources, we are able to complete even large projects within short time frames”, continues Mikko Ojanne.

”For BrainHeart has decided to exit the market for drilling and has therefore decided to sell the machines and inventory of Höjdens Brunnsborrning AB, and after negotiations with Rototec, we have found a working solution”, tells Bertil Carlsén, Mergers and Acquisitions, BrainHeart Energy.
